What is the delivery time?
Our average delivery time is 5–12 business days, depending on the product and your location. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a track & trace link.


How can I track my order?
You'll automatically receive a track & trace link via email once your order has been shipped. Please check your spam folder if you don't see an email.


I ordered multiple products but only received one package. How is that possible?
Some products are shipped from multiple warehouses. Therefore, your order may arrive in multiple packages.


Can I cancel or change my order?
That's possible as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible, and we'll see what we can do.


What if my package arrives damaged?
Send us a photo of the damaged product and packaging within 48 hours. We will then provide a suitable solution.


What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 14 days. The product must be unused and in its original condition. See our returns page for full details.


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.


I didn't receive an order confirmation. What now?
First, check your spam folder. If nothing is there, please contact us so we can look into it.


What if my package is delayed?
